Description
We are looking for a talent Acquisition specialist to assist both the sales & technical team with sourcing top-quality candidates from Mexico and LATAM. The goal of this position is to create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
- Source candidates through various channels
- Post new positions on social media and job boards
- Report on the hiring funnel and planning with other departments
- Assist with screening resumes and applications
- Coordinate interviews
- Send offer and regret letters
What we seek
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Formal experience recruiting talent
- Experience using "Linkedin Recruiter" or "Linkedin Talent Solutions"
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Goal oriented attitude with a strong sense of self-accountability
- Ability to time manage and strong attention to detail
- A team player with a positive attitude and burning desire to build something great, together
