Description

We are looking for a talent Acquisition specialist to assist both the sales & technical team with sourcing top-quality candidates from Mexico and LATAM. The goal of this position is to create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. 

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
  • Source candidates through various channels
  • Post new positions on social media and job boards
  • Report on the hiring funnel and planning with other departments
  • Assist with screening resumes and applications
  • Coordinate interviews
  • Send offer and regret letters

What we seek

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Formal experience recruiting talent
  • Experience using "Linkedin Recruiter" or "Linkedin Talent Solutions"
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Goal oriented attitude with a strong sense of self-accountability
  • Ability to time manage and strong attention to detail‍
  • A team player with a positive attitude and burning desire to build something great, together
