About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Lead to join our team. As the Community Lead, you will be responsible for building and managing our thriving online community of customers, partners, and industry influencers. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, fostering relationships, and promoting our brand through planning and executing Community-led product growth initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Find and expand our tribe, understand their needs, passions and aspirations, and attract them to the BuilderNation and ControlHub community, promoting strategies to get Sales Demos for ControlHub.

  • Co-create and distribute digital products across major social media platforms (live webinars, online courses, talks & interviews, community events, etc.).

  • Design and execute initiatives that drive community growth and promote engagement among members in LinkedIn and other platforms.

  • Planning and creating engaging and informative content for the community.

  • Lead conversations and reply to member questions and inquiries on various community forums.

  • Continuously maintain a strong knowledge of ControlHub’s value proposition, ICP, features, and market trends.

  • Monitoring and analyzing community metrics to understand the health and growth of the community. Recognize interesting patterns in the ControlHub community and share insights with the marketing & sales team.

What we seek

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in Marketing and/or Communications.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing. Experience of email marketing, inbound, growth marketing.

  • An unequivocal passion for competitors and audience analysis, content creation and a track record of success.

  • A professional oriented to problem solving and research. Ability to take  tasks ownership.Goal oriented with a strong sense of self-accountability.

  • A history of success and leadership (promotions, involvement in work or school, etc.).

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • High capacity for organization and productivity management: time management skills and strong attention to detail‍ is a must.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and burning desire to build something great, together.

  • Strong desire to learn and grow.

  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Experience with tools such as Webflow, Discord and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in managing and moderating an online community in LinkedIn and/or Discord.
